Fix argument passing issue with options arguments.

Turns out I knew Ruby method signatures less well than I thought I did.
I had completely forgotten that `options` by itself (not `**options`) will collect all the "loose" key-value argument pairs at the end of an invocation signature.
Using `**options` messed up `Open3::popen2e` because of how `**options` handles keys that are arrays (which only popen2e explicitly passes).

* FIX: fixed an issue with our `spawn` monkey-patch receiving optional key-value parameters from `Open3.popen2e`.
