Node: "list" handles empty node name even with mixed-case own node_name

Previously the "host_name" of a munin-node instance with mixed-case
letters would not match an empty "list" request, if more than one local
node was available (i.e. via virtual nodes provided by SNMP plugins).

Now the empty list always works even for a mixed-case "host_name"
configuration setting.
