Feature: expandend story estimate and type (V2). (#419)

* Create ExpandedStoryEstimate component and tests

* Create ExpandedStoryType component

* Added previous state in expanded story

* Create edit story action for StoryType and StoryEstimate

* Create tests for edit story reducer

* Resolve suggestions

* Reset story estimate to null when story isn't a feature

* Change _previousState to _editing

That way is no necessary to reset story when it's canceled and columns will not reorder all stories in every
change.

Fix tests.
