[#2] Consolidate Query API

To reduce the complexity of get and find methods of the Finder
interface, a new Query class was introduced that holds all the existing
parameters. Implementations were rewritten to build native queries
dynamically based on the parameters that are set in the Query object.
Tests were also refactored accordingly.
