ir/types: rename X86FP80 and PPCFP128 to X86_FP80 and PPC_FP128, respectively.

In general, we try to avoid underscores where possible, but also
seek to use underscores where it increases readability. Given
FooBar, there is no ambiguity where Foo ends and Bar starts, but
given FOOBAR, an ambiguity arrises. As such, disambiguate using
underscore. This also follows the naming convention in LLVM IR
assembly, x86_fp80 and ppc_fp128.

When here, add test cases for the types package.
