Replaced Examples IDs from `#` to `-`. This allows Flow to not bail out on operations regarding IDs with this character.
Added a AdapterProcessor - It will process and parse the request to something HTTP-Requestable. Signs automatically.
Modified Adapter - Its only purpose is to connect the processed data to the HTTP Client.
Modified AdapterInterface - Removed unnecessary `$options` array.
Modified AdapterException - Minor rewording.
Removed redundant methods from HasCrudOperations
Removed index modifying of items from HasPagination
Replaced `flow->getAdapter()` direct calls to `flow->send()` to use the AdapterProcessor in all Services.
Fixed tests to reflect all changes
Added AdapterProcessor Tests.
