initial support for profiling pods in k8s (#5)

* initial vendoring of kube client

* remove storing of binaries and symbols

Recent version of go/pprof put the symbols in the profile, so there
is no need to find them external to the profile. This massively
simplifies a lot of the code as well as the ProfileStore interface.
