Config: remove appTitle

Config#appTitle controls the text that is displayed in the MainWindow's
title bar.

As a configuration option, it isn't very useful. Users are unlikely to
use it (except for the slight novelty factor), and since the
implementation is pretty trivial it is unlikely to have any educational
value. Besides, if it's meant to be a user-facing feature, the
configuration option should be in UserPrefs instead.

So, let's remove it.
