Various parsing fixes (#116)

* Various parsing fixes

- Change rules walker from simple walker to ancestor walker to allow
more complex rules.
- Allow `null`, arrow block functions
- Disallow [] until Chapter 3, `this`, function expressions
(e.g. `function(){...}`)
- Remove rules for [] (arrays simply not allowed until chapter 3), and
arrow block functions (now both types of arrow functions are allowed)
- Add a lot of tests
- Remove objects
- Disallow dot abbreviation

- Linted code
