Faster trig functions (#235)

* Speed up sin. sin(bigfloat interval) doesn't work; put back the old function

* Rewrite tan to use quadrant

* Add back old version of sin and specialise new version to Interval{Float64}

* Add back old version of tan and specialize new version to Float64

* Comment out testset for large arguments that is no longer valid

* Fast version of cos for Float64

* Include half_pi in quadrant 0

* Kick CI

* Remove find_quadrants(x::Float64) which is no longer used (replaced by quadrant)

* Uncomment and correct tests for trig of large arguments
