* feat(authentication):Add socialoauth to the app

- Install django-socialoauth.
- Modify setting to use socialoauth and normal login.
- Modify db to make email not unique.
- Change login to use username and password not email.
- Modify jwt token to use username.
- Modify create superuser to use username and password.
- edit postgres version to 9.4
