Make association eval of serializer/value lazy

- Refer to parent serializer as parent_serializer, was subject
- Make association eval of serializer/value lazy
- Fix serializer association building
- Fix association to return nil serializer when virtual value
- Fix association test
- Make JSONAPI relationship first check if eval'ing belongs_to
- Make it easier to get an association from a serializer
