Fix BinaryTransactionMessage equals and hashcode [ECR-2648] (#583)

* Fixed position changing for internal byte buffer
that impacts equals and hashcode

* Make BinaryTransactionMessage thread safe,
by ensuring no modifications are made to the fields
(even temporary modifications).
