* began converting to D3, have basic chart going, need to update formatting/styling and add crosshairs

* working on events and getting the proper info when highlighting so i can add tooltips and crosshairs.

* added tooltip values on mouseover, having issues with layout however, still need some more cleaning up

* updated crosshair label positioning, still need to adjust layout after animating the sidebar

* updated the crosshair logic

* removed some comments, got rid of highcharts in package.json

* working on spacing/fixing domain padding to make the chart a little easier to read...

* updated the domain spacing for the y index to give a slight amount of padding around the line
