Refactored code to speed up startup
    importing of pkg_resource is expensive, so only do it when really needed
    importing of gi is expensive, so only do it when really needed
    move the word list into the python source rather than leaving as a separate data file.
    create manifest file for accounts files
        this allows only the file containing the account to be opened,
        rather than all accounts files, speeding up start up
