Some tweaks to genTest code

- Further DRYed out processing of dump & genTest flags.
- Added comments to clarify that --dump and --genTest are
  mutually exclusive.
- Enabled the quiet option to disable headers in the DOM dumps .
- Tweaked the underlining of the header in --genTest=help mode.
