Tracing overlay: reduce number of intermediate objects during rendering

Inersection tests with the current section are done many times during
the display of bigger tracing data fields of view. So far multiple
intermediate objects were created in this process, mainly THREE.Vector3,
THREE.Line3 and THREE.Plane. The changes also safe a function call by
skipping the use of the CATMAID.tools wrapper function.
