Update supported Python versions (+3.7, -3.3) (#69)

My intention here is to provide support for most recent Python version
and on the other hand simplify maintenance by dropping stale version.

These changes:

 - Add support for Python 3.7

 - Drop support for Python 3.3

 - Update the requirements

 - Fix flake8 warnings
