* Now pipeline function takes direct default values rather than dsp.PipelineParam. It simplifies the sample code a lot.

* Remove extraneous parenthesis.

* Follow up CR comments.

* Change Dockerfile (not done).

* Fix dockerfile.

* Remove unneeded installation of packages in Dockerfile.
