Fix several cmake build problems

The following issues are fixed:
*   `make clean' in in tree build does not remove pinyin.tab, swkb.dat,
    symbols.dat now.
*   phoneid.dic is removed during build process.
*   `make install' now installs pinyin.tab, swkb.dat, symbols.dat.
