Improve logging and error handling when flashing an arduino (#377)

* 00_SIGNALduino.pm

run flash command only, if a avrdude compatible hardware is defined.
Check if avrdude can be found via path
report info that flash is not possible if esp is found
Updated logoutput for serval flash opeations
SIGNALduino_Detail  for additional output in the detailview (fhemweb)
