Merge pull request #140 from openlcb/bracz-outputqueue-threading-batch

Batches output messages for client callbacks.

Fixes performance problem related to thread jumping when the client instructs to operate in single-threaded mode.

Batches up to 150 packets to send from the output send queue into one callback
to execute on the client's executor thread.
