Commit Message

Fix bug

Don't release the message buffer before the message handler is
executed, which could be executed asynchronously when per-connection
concurrency is enabled. Releasing the message buffer right after
the execution of handleMessage was wrong because it would release
the buffer while a handler hook might be running.
