* raise warning when deprecated tile grip shape is found

* working on output without pixelbuffer, otherwise test fails

* first tests passing

* use lxml.builder to create VRT

* enable handling of existing VRTs & remote VRTs

* add --vrt and --idx_out_dir options to CLI execute

* updated changelog, increased test coverage, made VRT lxml optional requirement

* used overlapping tile for VRT tile creation; extended docstrings

* add test for no new entries
