fix browser tests

- remove unneeded, medddling browser fixtures; use `client.mocha` to config interface
- add a proper `mocha.opts` for browser; move some config in there
- move browser fixture(s)
- fix `Context` unit test
- update SauceLabs platforms/browsers
- use hostname in local CI-enabled Karma output
- use `require.resolve()` in `karma.conf.js` where usable
- update `package-lock.json`
