Travis config updates

Add Python 3.7, 3.8, and nightly to test matrix. Remove 3.3 which is no
longer supported by setuptools.

Only run coverage/coveralls on one 3.x and one 2.x variant.

Remove 'sudo = false'. This is done to align with the Travis-CI service
migrating to all VM environments (i.e. instead of docker containers).

Update classifiers in setup.py to include Python 3.7 and remove 3.3.
