Commit Message

- Added .git to dockerignore to speed up building of the container
- Changed application configuration for pprd and prod to run without ssl. We will eventually encrypt between the client and the load balancer, so the service itself doesn't need to care about ssl
- Changed the default port for puma back to 3000 now that nginx is listening on 80
- Added a basic entry script to use as a single entry point for the container. This means we don't need the buzz-puma service script, although we may need to revisit this
- Changed the nginx config to pass calls to the buzz api (/v1) onward to the upstream puma service
