Commit Message

Rework auto/manual doc logic in Blueprint.

Store docs in Blueprint._auto_docs and Blueprint._manual_docs.

Create a third doc structure when registering views.

Don't mutate _[auto|manual]_docs to avoid issues when calling
register_views_in_doc twice (if registering several times the same Blueprint,
or if instanciating the app several times).
