Use NegaScout in place of PVS and add TTable in quiescense search (#21)

* Change from PV search to NegaScout.

Minor speed improvement. Nothing major, do not expect big changes in
eval. But still, should be superior, and does not add notable
complexity.

* Mark new patch verison v1.7.1

* Limit depths where PVS is used

* Assume no search instability and do NegaScout.

Did not have any search instability in the benchmark tests,
so I'll assume this either does not occur or is so rare its not an
issue.

* Search returns Value not int

* Add ttable to quiescense search as well.

* Make non-use of PVS/NegaScout in quiescense explicit.

* Stop root search on beta cutoff.

No effect as of now, due to initial INFINITE window.
