refactor: Rename `GroupScreen` to `CreateGroupScreen`.

GroupScreen is more aligned to screen about group,
it has nothing to say about creating a group (which it is for).
GroupScreen looks too ambiguous here. So rename it to
`CreateGroupScreen` which conveys more details.
