clone-modules: defaulting `current_env` instead of just `current_perl`

`current_env` returns an installation name with a lib name if
applicable (eg, `perl-5.18.2@foo`), while `current_perl` only contains
the perl installation (eg, `perl-5.18.2`) Since the list of modules
installed is different when lib is involed, it is required to use
`current_env`.
