Add functional test to test suite (living on the edge 😉)

I have a sneaking suspicion that the Python 3 support using the default
name and installation prefix shouldn't be using directories like
/usr/lib/python3.4 (because Lintian told me so). This new "functional
test" is intended to confirm this problem now and guard against
regressions in the future.
