Screen: Simplify logic, use only ScrollView

When initially writing the Screen component, I was not aware of
the `scrollEnabled` property of `ScrollView`.

Replace the switching between a `ScrollView` and a `View` with
just setting the `scrollEnabled` to the correct value.
