* feature(User notifications): Users should be able to receive notifications
- ensure users get notifications when authors they follow publush new articles
- ensure user gets notified when other users favourite their articles
- ensure user gets notified when articles they have favourited get new interractions like new comments
- ensure user can subscribe or unsubscribe from notifications
- ensure notifications are sent via mail and can be accesed from the application
