Remove MDFConnectClient instantiation support

The MDFCC requires Toolbox for authentication, which creates a circular dependency. As the MDFCC is its own package, it seems reasonable to remove support for automatically returning a Client from Toolbox on a login. To the best of my knowledge, this does not break any existing flow.
