TODO: Finish building the parser (#3)

* Updated travis.yml

Now should build and test against python 3.7

* Added import statements for parts

* Added some of the part dataclasses

TODO: Finish  filling this out

* Continued working on filling out and documenting the different types of PC parts.

* Finished up parts.py

There is still a little more tweaking of class attribute types to do, but the framework is in place.

* WIP refining all of the dataclasses

* Removed unnecessary complexity from the clockspeed and bytes dataclasses

* Continue to build out the dataclasses and their associated tests

* Added class typing checks and more tests

WIP: Still need to finish adding typing checks and finalizing the dataclass models.

* Finished writing the test suite for the part dataclasses

* Added flag to --cov to ensure coverage is over the necessary files
