* Create StoryDescriptionIcon,Popover and Markdown

The Popover and Markdown are part of the StoryDescriptionIcon,
the popover as it says pop up the details of the project and the
markdown is used to format the text of the popover.

* Change projectBoard object

Now it sends the notes in a format easier to work on the views

* Create Popover Components
