Added new `health_check_endpoint_name` option (#1982)

At the moment we expose fixed “/hello” endpoint name for gateway/api
healtchecks. It can cause issues from security point of view, since
expose which Gateway is used to handle traffic. Should be a way to
rename it to some secret URL.
