rdbic.pl: cuddled -I first arg now works with friendly dbi arg

Now, this works:

 rdbic.pl -Ilib dbi:mysql:foo

This is handled specially for -I... before this change, the above would
have to be either of these two forms:

 rdbic.pl -Ilib --dsn dbi:mysql:foo
 rdbic.pl dbi:mysql:foo -Ilib

Added this support because it is an intuitive invocation...
