Remove manual exposure controls.

The PTC-150 doesn't support aperture-priority mode; we want to keep our
shutter speed constant; and gain is controlled as part of the "bright
mode" now used by the normal controls; so there's no point in having
these buttons here that at best don't work and at worst can change the
camera's settings in ways we don't want.
