feat(auth): Add more initialisation into Auth constructor

This allow to automatically load tokens from storage if underlying storage are synchronous and
brings more options values to constructor options parameter. In most case, loadTokensFromStorage
should not be called manually anymore. For async token storage implementations, you still need to
call loadTokensFromStorageAsync manually, or you have to pass loadTokensFromStorage=true to the
options objects.
