feat(Authentication): Password reset (#15)

- Wrote tests for password endpoint.
- Modify settings.py file to add send grid key.
- Add URLs for endpoints for sending an email for POST-password reset and PUT-update password.
- Add serializers for POST to send email for reset and PUT for resetting the password.
- Add endpoints to POST-send email for password reset and a PUT-to reset password.
- Update Registration endpoint to send verification email using send grid.
- Refactoring tests to use a basetest file for all tests.
- Refactoring sending of email to use one util.
