kodi_game_scriptin: Create and push tags

- Update depends/common/addon/addon.txt with Upstream Git SHA.
- If addon HEAD has no tag, create one.
- Add a PKG version number to the addon version. This gets bumped for
  each new change.
- Push the tag when pushing the change.
