Better tracing on error (#3229)

* add render logs and catch render HTML error

there are two types of render: post rendering (in `post.js`) and theme layout rendering (in `index.js`)
log them as "Rendering post" and "Rendering HTML"
catch HTML render error and log context

* add `formatNunjucksError()` to dump error context

* add tests for tag error

* Update post.js （restore require chalk)

* split code to satisfy CodeClimate rule
