Travis: Changed Python setup on OS-X to use virtualenv

Details:

* This project invokes Ansible scripts directly from their repo clone.
  These scripts have a hashbang of '/usr/bin/env python' and therefore
  depend on the 'python' command being of the desired version to be tested.
  On OS-X, Python 3 is available only as the 'python3' command, and 'python'
  invoked Python 2. Travis does not set up a Pyrthon virtualenv on OS-X.
  This change sets up a Python virtualenv on OS-X and uses the 'python' and
  'pip' commands on both Python versions.
