Custom email address model (#52)

* Make email address abstract, add concrete email address with swappable.

* Add get_email_address_model and test.

* Update readme. Use get_email_address_model in admin.

* Move method to __init__. Clean up gitignore.

* A couple easy wins to increase test coverage.

* Remove tuple in admin.

* Import method from package not from models.
