Refactor plugin
Braking changes: formatter functions are not provided any more by plugin, user your own formatter by wetting the `converter` property

The idea under the hood was changed completely. Now plugin goes once over store in run phase and binds all functions in accordance with their logic to the socket instance. That means that dynamic store modules are not supported.

 channelModule.js - context destructuring
 socketModule.js - context destructuring, add logs
 socket.io.mock.js - code clean up
 index.test.js - add test in accordance with new functionality
 utils.test.js - code clean up, multiple tests are deleted as unused
 utils.js - delete unsupported functions
 index.js - refactor the functionality.
 package.json - bump the version
 README.md - update readme
