Minor fixes for integration with other components

This PR fixes:
 * The port number for the app (8000 -> 3002)
 * CORS issue with PUT request for updating helpfulness
 * Id of root HTML div component is rendered to ('root' -> 'reviews')
 * CSS for average rating, which was not displaying properly for some
 fonts.  It now displays based on the width of a container div, which
 does not depend on the display size of fonts.
 * Add a loading indicator for when the reviews haven't loaded.

Fix CORS issue for PUT request

Change root HTML element id to 'reviews'

Fix CSS for AverageRating of stars

This fixes the CSS so that it will display the correct number of stars
for the average rating regardless of the user's font.

Add loading icon
