Refactor: maven execution (#631)

* clean: remove useless selector

* refactor: running now maven goals with a customized pom. To use PIT/Descartes, we use an injected profile in the original pom file

* test: update test with new API

* fix: initiliaze with empty string to avoid NPE

* test: add a test on the DSpotPOMCreator

* fix: use the profile, correct target tests option name and use the correct goal of pit

* feat: specify ALL mutators when using gregor

* test: regenerate the pom for the test

* other: add generated pom of test resources to the gitignore

* test: fix expected string

* style: remove unused import

* fix: remove project path from arguments

* fix: create the dspot pom for the second version

* clean: delete old classes

* fix: use now version 1.4.0 for pit
