feat (create articles): Create an Article and Read all Articles (#14)

- Create a new article with required fields (title, description, body, image_url, and tag_list)
- Automatically generate a slug based on the title
- Create a unique slug if a similar one already exists by adding a timestamp
- Retrieve all articles and show user details for each article
- Write tests for get all articles and create article
- Add validation for fields
- Add token authentication for Swagger documentation
